Mendip Spring can be found in the heart of the North Somerset countryside, 15 minutes from Bristol and just a 5-minute drive from the coastal town of Weston-super-Mare. Our golfing facilities coupled with our newly refurbished Clubhouse & Dormy House make us the perfect venue for any golfing break. 

The Dormy House at Mendip Spring

The Dormy House is made up of 19 attractive, well-furnished accommodation rooms and is ideally located within the area of the clubhouse. All the rooms offer en-suite facilities with bath or shower. The Golf Course / Facilities

The Par 71 Brinsea 18-hole championship course features many water hazards, long par 5 holes and challenging par 4s and par 3s. It provides a thorough examination of any golfer with fast, immaculate greens which are kept in excellent condition throughout the seasons.

The back nine can be particularly challenging. 'Kinheil' the 11th hole, has proven to be many a golfer's downfall. With 'Out of bounds' on the right, water hazards fringing both sides of the fairway, the small well-guarded green a difficult target to hit, this tricky par 4 hole certainly merits its Stroke Index One status.

As well as our Brinsea Championship Course we also have the Lakeside Course. This short course boasts six par 4 and 3 par 3 holes and measures 2329 yards. 

Maintained to a very high standard, with lakes and an orchard to negotiate, this course is the ideal for any group seeking a 27-hole golf package in conjunction with the Brinsea Championship Course. The Lakeside course is a pleasant venue and will not be disappoint even the most experienced golfer.

The Clubhouse

Our Golf Clubhouse is centred on an original 16th Century farmhouse. Tastefully developed and newly refurbished, it is full of character and provides a comprehensive bar with catering facilities & restaurant. 
The newly designed menus, are full of freshly prepared and homemade food. The fully licensed bar areas offer a good choice of draft and bottled beers, lagers, cider and an extensive selection of wines and soft drinks. As well a 55'' Tv showing Sky TV we also have a recreational area with pool table & darts.
