Function rooms

Mendip Spring’s atmospheric Clubhouse function rooms provide the ideal venue in which to host a variety of functions: conferences, seminars, business meetings, weddings or any special occasion.

The spacious Churchill Suite is self-contained, has its own bar and can accommodate up to 100 guests seated theatre style, or up to 150 for a buffet presentation, 120 seated on round tables. This attractive room features wood beamed ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and terraces looking out onto the Lakeside golf course and surrounding Somerset countryside. There is ample room immediately outside the Suite for a marquee, barbeque or hog roast.

Our smaller Restaurant Suite is a more intimate L-shaped room which is perfect for smaller gatherings. Up to 60 guests can be seated for lunch or dinner, or it can be used for a smaller meeting, function or seminar.
