Mendip Spring Golf and Country Club accepts all major credit / debit cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

AMEX not accepted



All rooms are non-smoking and no-vaping. 



Anyone found smoking or vaping in the room will be charged £100.00, which will be payable direct to Mendip Spring Golf Club. Any evidence of smoking or vaping after departure, when the house keepers go into the rooms, will also result in a £100.00 fine.



No animals allowed in the room, except assist dogs. 

Dogs are allowed on the patio area, but not in the clubhouse. 



All damages will be charged for, including loss of earning for how many nights the room has to be closed off. Sickness and any other bodily fluids left in the room will be charged at a minimum of £100.00, depending on the extent of the deep clean that needs to be done by external companies. 

All payments, for damages, are to be made before the date of departure.



If you are part of a group booking, the lead name will be responsible for the whole group, and will be invoiced for any charges.
