Dress Code

The dress code on the golf course is very important.

You wouldn't play cricket and not wear your whites, you wouldn't turn up for football with out shin pads and boots and you wouldn't turn up to work without your uniform. Golf is no different, the etiquette of the game is what makes playing golf different to other sports. We are courteous to other players, we are self ruled and we behave in a certain way when at the club. The way you dress is no different.

We ask that you wear a collar on your shirt. If you're a man your shirt must have sleeves. If you wear shorts they must be tailored. You can not wear swimming, football or cargo shorts. Pockets can not be on the outside of shorts or trousers.

Please take a look at the picture below. All the correct attire is available at competitive prices from our professional shop.

If you do not abide you will be asked to play on the Lakeside Course. When the marshals are working they will also be checking attire, as I know some people have been changing during their round.
